Agnes Wilkie later known (per 1881 census) as Agnes Barclay - is living in the household of her (possibly adopted) Father David Barclay and his 2nd wife Isabella Lyall - as Agnes' natural Mother Margaret succumbed to child birth death in 1874. At this point I have not determined whether David Barclay is the reputed Father of Agnes Wilkie, born 1860 - Margaret Wilkie & David Barclay's marriage not happening until 1865 . Also residing in this same household are Agnes (wilkie) Barclay's two illegitimate daughters - Margaret Barclay age 3 & Isabella Barclay age 6 mos

As 2011, haven't found Agnes but she may have married, migrated to Canada or USA or moved to England

** As there isn't a 'Dewar' name on either the marriage or death certificate of Margaret Wilkie, dtr of Charles Wilkie and Agnes Paton, June, 2004, after further research, have found an illeg. dtr born to Marg. Wilkie, grandfather Charles Wilkie, so believe all above is accurate. Why the name 'Dewar' has been omitted from marriage and death cert. is unknown as yet.

Have attempted to use ScotlandsPeople site to find a marriage of Charles & Agnes (Paton) Wilkie as well as the 1841 census. Tried finding them via children's names too and again, nothing came up that was their family. perhaps the 1841 census where they were residing is one of many that perished as these were being transported to New Registry House.
