A helpful researcher from Fife list said she looked up birth of John Goodsir Kidd. On his birth certificate, the marriage of his parents is recorded as Oct 3, 1865 (Doreen Baxter)

Goodsir Kidd died of a bowel complaint on 24 July 1848. His abode was in Markinch but he was interred in common ground in Dumfermline. He wa a General Labourer.

Goodsir married Agnes Millie Grieve. Agnes (daughter of P. Grieve and I. Pratt) was born on 6 Dec 1807 in Kettle, Fife, Scotland; died on 14 Aug 1886 in Markinch, Fife, Scotland. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
