In the fourth Column of Entry No 10, in the Register of Births for the year 1869, before the name of the Child's Mother, insert Archibald Sinclair, Ploughman, on the authority
of a certificate in the form of Schedule (F) to the following effect:
In an action relating to the paternity of a Child named Alexander Brown, born March 29th 1869, at the instance of Janet Brown, Servant, Kirkland, against Archiblad Sinclair, Ploughman, Kirkland, Ballingry, the Sheriff Court of Fifeshire (Cupar District) on the 1st day of November 1869, found that the said child was the illegitimate child of the Parties aforesaid.
