    Notes:

Amos settled in the Bayham area at Lot 6, conc 114. He was termed
a 'freeholder' meaning had property versus a householder who would only be living in that area perhaps leasing etc.
Amos bought from his brother Daniel Miller ( who inherited his fathers land upon his death) on 29 May 1828 SW of S1/2 totaling 59 acres . On this document of sale, Amos Junior 's occupation is noted as labourer.

Amos Weeks also bought an additional 6 acres from Pellum Mabee on 14 July 1842.
Then on 15 July 1842, Amos and his wife resold their 65 acres to Peter Snyder.
Document # 3429 of Land Agreements. Amos sold his property to Peter Snyder for the sum ¹175. On this Memorial Land Agreement, Amos and Mary Jane Weeks were residing in the" Twp of Dorchester, Southern Division, Middlesex Cty, district of London, Province of Canada" * I thought this was strange to note Canada as a province. In this document, Mary Jane Weeks also renounces her dowry rights for the sum of 5 schillings.

#8916 - June 25 1828, registered Nov 7 1832, Daniel Miller Weeks (heir at law of Amos Weeks) sold to (brother) Joseph Weeks 100 acres N 1/2 for 31 pounds.

My research is stymied here as I still do not have a Wife's name or any vital stats pertaining to Mrs. Amos Weeks. I have no idea when, how Amos Weeks and or his family came to Upper Canada. I have checked the Loyalists records quite extensively and found no records of Amos or his family fighting during the war of 1812. Only comfirmed children I have are: Daniel Millar Weeks, Joseph Weeks, Amos Weeks. Rumours abound that there is a Peter Weeks, Cyrus or Silas Weeks that moved to US - New York & Michigan

(Research):I confirmed ( strong probability ) Amos Weeks was the Father of Joseph Weeks, Daniel Weeks, Amos Weeks Jr. when I located the Land documents that went to Daniel (eldest son) as heir upon Amos Weeks Sr. death by drowning. Daniel Weeks soon sold the parcel of land to his younger brother Amos Weeks Jr. There were also photos of Daniel Miller Weeks in the family collection in Ontario.

I have not been able to link a possible brother Cyrus or Silas and Peter Weeks to this Family

I have not found Amos Weeks Sr. wife's maiden name or christian names. One possiblility would be the name Rhoda as Joseph called his first child Rhoda and also Joseph's son Amos Weeks named his first child and daughter Rhoda
