    Be it known that on the Tenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six Letters of Administration of all and singular the property of John Best late of the Township of Dereham in the County of Oxford, Gentleman, Widower, deceased, who died on or about the twenty-sixth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five at the Township of Dereham in the County of Oxford, intestate, and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at the Township of Dereham in the said County of Oxford were granted by his Majesty's Surrogate Court of the Country of Oxford to George F. Best of the Township of Bayham in the County of Elgin, farmer and William Nelson Weeks of the Township of Dereham in the County of Oxford farmer the lawful son and son-in-law respectively of the said deceased and the hominees of Sarah E. Hoffman, Florence B. Vincent, and Phoebe A. M. Weeks three of the lawful heirs of said deceased they having renounced all their right and title to Letters Of Administration of the property of the said deceased in favor of the Said George F. Best and William Nelson Weeks they the said George F. Best and William Nelson Weeks having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same by paying his just debts and distributing the residue (if any) of his property according to law and to exhibit under oath a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said property and to render a just and true account of their administration whenever thereunto lawfully required.
