Robert Lochtie is head of household on the census of 31 Mar 1851 at 33 Stewarton Rd., Thornliebank, Eastwood, Renfrewshire, Scotland. Robert is married, a Cashier Bleaching & Printworks, aged 62 and born in Aberdour, Fife. Also enumerated in the household were his wife Margaret Lochtie, daughter Jane Lochtie, son David Johnston Lochtie, and a visitor Eliza Lochtie (she is listed as unmarried, age 23, born Aberdour, I believe (Judy Philip's comment) she was Robert's niece - the daughter of Robert's brother John Lochtie and wife Helen Donaldson, b 1826 at parkend, Aberdour), and domestic servant Marion Barr. Robert left a will on 7 Jul 1864.

1140 Altho data revealed on 1880 for Rhoda Slaght says her Father was born New York, (which should mean Joseph Weeks was born New York, but he was born Canada), however we know Rhoda had a Son Cyrennius, so I believe this to be our Family. Source (S193)

Then on 15 July 1842, Amos and his wife resold their 65 acres to Peter Snyder.
Document # 3429 of Land Agreements. Amos sold his property to Peter Snyder for the sum ยน175. On this Memorial Land Agreement, Amos and Mary Jane Weeks were residing in the" Twp of Dorchester, Southern Division, Middlesex Cty, district of London, Province of Canada" * I thought this was strange to note Canada as a province. In this document, Mary Jane Weeks also renounces her dowry rights for the sum of 5 schillings.
