1667 D. Best / Nellie Scott Family: David Wilkie* / Ann Scott* (F15)

1668 D. M. Weeks is 78 years of age * which I question validity as born 1801, thus should be 80, Birthplace Ontario, Religion Presbyterian, (possibly the religion of his daugher Cleo and son in law Stanton Carpenter), as previously Daniel was a Universalist, but again, perhaps the place of worship was now Presbyterian vs Universalist. I believe this to be Ă¢our' Daniel Miller Weeks, as age is close, he is residing with his family. hw Source (S246)

1673 Daniel M. Weeks sold 100 acres of N1/2 of Lot 9, Conc 8, that belonged to his Father, following the Death of his Father Amos, to his Brother Joseph Weeks for 31 pounds. This definitely links Joseph Weeks and Daniel Miller Weeks as relatives and on the basis of Family Bible, dates, I am strongly suggesting they are Brothers. Source (S268)

1674 Daniel Miller Weeks (eldest Son and heir at law of Amos Weeks) sold 100 acres (#1811) the S 1/2 of 100 acres of Lot 9, Concession 8, Walpole Twp. to James Yomans (Youmans) for the sum of 100 pounds. Weeks, Amos Sr. (I142)
