      After a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family at the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday, May 27, 2002, John "Jack" Alvin Weeks of Duke St. Drumbo in his 73rd year.

      Beloved husband of Barbara Ann Weeks (nee HOOD). Dear father of Douglas and his wife Pat of Drumbo; Janet Mitchell and her husband Rick of Woodstock;Time and his wife Teresa of Drumbo. Loved grandfather of Lisa, Chris and Dawn; David and Keri; Shawna and Ian; Brandon and Jacob. Dear brother of Richard Weeks and his wife Helen of Woodstock.

      Jack was a member of Willis United Church, retired volunteer fireman for Drumbo and longtime employee of King Truck Engineering.

      Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, Woodstock (539-004) Wednesday 2:30 - 4:30 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Willis United Church, Drumbo on Thursday at 1;30 pm with Rev. Carol Ferguson officiating. Interment Drumbo Cemetery.
