  Henry was killed in an industrial accident. He was operating heavy equipment (caterpillar) clearing bush in NW Alberta, when a tree branch struck him on the temple and he was killed instantly. Henry was unmarried. (Medical):Caterpillar operator; changed machines and attempted to do a quick task just before lunch; tree came down on him, killing him. No cab on the caterpillar.
