  Amos Weeks also bought an additional 6 acres from Pellum Mabee on 14 July 1842. Then on 15 July 1842, Amos and his wife resold their 65 acres to Peter Snyder. Document # 3429 of Land Agreements. Amos sold his property to Peter Snyder for the sum ¹175. On this Memorial Land Agreement, Amos and Mary Jane Weeks were residing in the" Twp of Dorchester, Southern Division, Middlesex Cty, district of London, Province of Canada" * I thought this was strange to note Canada as a province.
