He was a prominent member and worker in the Tillsonburg Baptist Church and Superintendant of the Sunday School for many years. He has been a member of Otter Lodge No. 50, I.O.O.F., for 30 years. Besides his widow, he is survived by one son, Ray, of Tillsonburg, two daughters Mrs. Gordon Hollier, of Tillsonburg, and Mrs. Gordon Stewart, of St. Thomas; one sister, Mrs Mark Ronson of Goshen, and four brothers, Edward, Clarence and Andrew of Tillsonburg, and John of Mount Elgin.
