Lived on a farm Oxford Cty, near Culloden & Avon . Joyce remembers teams of horses, cows, pigs and chickens on this farm. Always had a car. Later bought a Farmall A Tractor - and later turned the farm into a Dairy herd of registered holstein cattle.

Kilgour: Peacefully at the Oxford Regional Nursing Home, Ingersoll, Mrs. Doris Maud (Weeks) Kilgour, formerly of Tillsonburg and Culloden, in her 83rd year. Born in Dereham Township, September 23, 1915. Member of Brownsville Fun Fellowship Seniors, Member of Culloden Women's Institute. Predeceased by her husband N. Spence Kilgour (April 27, 1992); dear mother and mother in law of Joyce Garnham, Tillsonburg, Betty and Bert Nilson, Hudson Hope B.C, Ronald Kilgour and Denise Thompson, London; dear sister and sister in law of Horace and Melba Weeks, St Marys, Ontario; dear grandmohter to 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son in law, Robert Garnham (March 15, 1996; also by 2 sisters Percil Jasper and Minnie Cowell, Dear daughter of the late Ransom Weeks and the former Sarah Etta Partlo. Resting at Verhoeve Funeral Home, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg where service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, September 2, 1998 at 1:30 pm by pastor Alan G. silvester, North Broadway, Baptist Church, Tillsonburg.
