    In an action relating to the paternity of a female child named Catherine Janet Gray, born 16 August 1903, at the instance of Mary Ann Gray, 9 Baliol Street, Kinghorn, against John Walker, 5 Sommerville Street Burntisland, the Sheriff court of Fifeshire (Kirkcaldy District) on the 3rd day of September 1909 found that the said child was the illegitimate child of the parties aforesaid
