Be it known that on the 8th of April 1872, letters of administration of all and singular- the personal estate and effects, rights and credits of Henry Clinton Westbrook, late of the Township of Dereham in the county of Oxford, Innkeeper who died on or about the 29th February 1872 at the Township of Dereham aforesaid intestate and had at the time of his death a fixed place of abode at the Township of Dereham, Cty Oxford. Was granted by Her Majesty's surrogate Court of Oxford Cty to Anna Westbrook, of Dereham Twp, Oxford Cty, Widow of the said intestate - she having been first sworn faithfully to administer the same by paying his past debts and distributing the residue (if any) of his personal estate and effects according to law and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said personal estate and effects, rights and credits and to render a past and true account thereof wherever required by law.

Have searched 1891 Cdn census Ontario and zero results, checked Michigan & no results to find this couple. May have come further West

According to Bonnie Connolly files, there may have been two other children born to Henry Charles & Annie (Mitchell) Westbrook -
2) William c. Westbrook, born 10 Sep 1888
3) Marvin H. Westbrook born 1890
This seems highly unlikely if 1) H. C. Westbrook died or went elsewhere between 1872 and 1876 when Annie Mitchell (Westbrook) remarried to Oscar M. Wilson
