Obituary from Sandusky Republican Tribune newspaper states " Lorne died March 13 1953, his first wife Florence Stevens died in 1907, Lorne remarried Ann Dellabaugh. At the time of Lorne's death, he was survived by his 2nd wife Anna, a Son Earl Weeks, a Daughter Mrs Kenneth Ross.'
