** Andrew would be the son born to Andrew Wilkie & Mary Sharkey, both deceased soon after his birth, then he lost his stepmother or adopted mother Janet in 1913.
According to Janet (Laing) Wilkie's death certificate, her Father and Andrew's grandfather was also deceased by 1913.

*There is a strong possibility that Andrew Wilkie, Son of Andrew & Mary (Sharkey) Wilkie was raised with the Laing family until his adopted or stepmother died, then it seems I have located an Andrew Wilkie - living with William Brown Wilkie & Mary Ann McGregor - and no births of children found for this couple. hw
