Mrs Henry Weeks - Tillsonburg - Mrs. Henry (Mary) Weeks of 136 Rolph St, Tillsonburg, 84, died Tuesday at the Tillsonburg Memorial Hospital.
She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Weeks in 1927, and two brothers Robert (Scotty) Moir in 1972 and Jack Moir in 1969.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. H. J. (Elizabeth) Howes of Tillsonburg, two Sons, Alex Weeks of Oakville, Ken Weeks of Tillsonburg, one Sister Mrs Margaret Skidgmore of Woodstock, two Brothers Kenneth Moir of Aberdeen, Scotland, James Moir of Manchester England, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2 pm at H. A. Ostrander and Sons Funeral Home, Tillsonburg. Rev. William Skelly of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Tillsonburg, will officiate. Interment will be in the Tillsonburg Cemetery

Weeks, H. Alexander (Alex) passed away on Thursday, September 23rd, 2004 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital in his 90th year. Born in Tillsonburg, April 15, 1915. Predeceased by his wife Jean "Lucille" Weeks (Dec 10, 2001). Loving father and father-in-law of Shirleen and her husband Royce Fawcett of Atchison, Kansas, USA. Dear brother and brother -in-law of Ken Weeks and his wife Dorothy of Tillsonburg. Predeceased by a sister and a brother-in-law Elizabeth and Henry Howes. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service to celebrate the lives of H. Alexander (Alex) Weeks and his wife "Lucille" to be conducted on Tuesday, September 28th, 2004 at 1 p.m. in the Verhoeve Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Andrew Brndjar. Inurnment to follow in the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations (by cheque) payable to the charity of your choice would be received at the Verhoeve Funeral Home, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg. Suddenly, at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Sunday, November 1, 2009, Kenneth Austin Weeks of Tillsonburg, Age 88 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy Weeks (Nee: Sharp). Loving Father of Patricia Miller of Tillsonburg, Denise (Max) Meharg of Langton. Cherished Grandfather of Richelle (John) Spanjers of Delhi, Christine (Jim) Weston of Tillsonburg, Keddra Williamson and her partner Jamie Horvath of Tillsonburg, Kenneth Meharg of Tillsonburg. Ken is also survived by his 6 great-grandchildren and his best buddy and friend 'Brady'. Predeceased by a Sister Elizabeth (Betty) Howes and brother Alex & Lucille Weeks. Ken was a Veteran of the WWII serving with R. C. R. and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Tillsonburg Branch #153, and a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church.
