"Howard Stevenson: - written by Euphemia Stevenson
Howard came from East Angus, Quebec, in March 1926 to the Craigyle District. His father was J. M. Stevenson. He bought a section of land in 1924 which was located three and one half miles West of Craigmyle, and known as the Company farm.
In 1928 Howard married Euphemia Beath of the Delia district. We had one Son Ronald, born in 1934. We lived on that farm until 1939 and then moved north of Delia 1 mile, stahying there for four years, and then moving west of Delia to the Hubbard farm where I still live. Howard passed away in 1963. Ronald and his Wife Betty reside on the farm with me. They have three children: Joni, Robert and Douglas.
Howard served on many committees - Municipal Council, School board, church board, twelve years secretary of UFA farm supply and ten years on the local UGG board. While he was on the UGG b oard, the Delia Curling rink came into being. ...."

Ron was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved teasing his children and grandchildren. He was an active member of the Elks for many years.
